Norman R. Fisher, Jr., Partner, Cleveland
Norm Fisher joined Cowden Humphrey as a partner in 2006, bringing with him his unique and valuable perspective as a lawyer, an entrepreneur, and a businessman. In addition to his many years of practicing law in the areas of litigation and business, he has owned or invested in several businesses during his professional career. He founded Alpha Heat Treating Company in 1982, and Graystone Properties in 2002. This gives Norm the unique ability to talk with business owners and to understand not only their legal issues, but their business challenges and opportunities.
Mr. Fisher’s law practice focuses on working with business owners regarding their business entities and operations, with an emphasis on litigation and dispute resolution. Norm’s business and entrepreneurial background and experience, including service on the boards of several corporations, provides him with a keen awareness of the concerns and perspectives of private business owners – he’s sat in their chair – and the need to provide these owners and companies with prompt, competent, and appropriate legal services, along with sound and contextual business advise. Clients represented by Mr. Fisher include privately‐owned entities across a wide range of industries, including the aviation industry. |
