Nathan J. Hudak, Associate, Cleveland

Mr. Hudak is an associate at Cowden Humphrey, where he has experience working in all of the firm’s business practice areas including corporate law and governance, entrepreneurial services, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, and real estate construction and financing.

Mr. Hudak participated in Cowden Humphrey’s summer associate program in 2005 and joined the firm in August, 2006.

Prior to attending law school Mr. Hudak worked in the banking and consulting industries, where he garnered significant experience in financial analysis, business development, and project management.  This provides Mr. Hudak with a unique perspective in working with and advising the firm’s entrepreneurial and other business clients. 

While in law school, Mr. Hudak was awarded a Case School of Law Leadership Award as well as a CALI Excellence Award for his performance in Legal Research and Writing. 

Mr. Hudak was selected to the 2009 class of the Cleveland Bridge Builders, a leadership development and community engagement program that develops and trains rising leaders in the Cleveland community.  Mr. Hudak is also active in the Notre Dame Club of Cleveland, and serves as a member of MidTown Cleveland, Inc.’s Stakeholder Services Committee. 

Mr. Hudak is admitted to practice in Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
